Creativity, Courage, and Compassion

How can you stay relevant in a world flooded with AI?

By embracing your core values and developing your strengths!

Part of what makes you unique, and what gives you the potential to connect, stand out, and shine, is your unique strengths. There is so much goodness in the world, and it is not a competition of which is “the best.” We all have something to offer!

Recognizing and appreciating the strengths and core values of those around you will help you better work together and rely on them for the areas where you might be less strong.

We are constantly learning, so your strengths can grow and change as you work on developing them. You are a multi-faceted diamond, and you don’t have to limit your identity to what you happen to be good at right now. You can continue to polish your diamond and discover and build on new strengths.

Three core values that have become an integral part of my life and are part of my “Shine Bright” framework include Creativity, Courage, and Compassion.

Jess Dansie’s Shine Bright framework

Develop the Creativity, Courage, and Compassion to Share Your Light.

Creativity

How many times have you heard of people leaving jobs because they didn’t have enough creative freedom and fulfillment? As humans, we need to create: to come up with solutions to problems, to try out new and innovative ideas, or build or replicate things that can improve our life/work. Creativity is essential, but unfortunately, it is often overlooked.

How could you focus on developing more creativity in your life or career?

Courage

Many of the best things in life are on the other side of a scary or uncomfortable leap of faith. It takes courage to take risks and to step outside of your comfort zone.

What courageous thing could you do to take a step closer towards one of your dreams?

Compassion

Compassion needs to start within. As you develop compassion for yourself, you will be more compassionate with those around you. It is ok to be a flawed human and to learn from your mistakes and failures. Start with curiosity and then patiently work towards compassion.

How could you start seeing yourself and others as valuable, worth loving, and with limitless potential to keep becoming more true to the brilliance of your inner diamond?
